Uber is point-to-point. Zula books your driver for the whole experience — they stay with you for wine tastings, photo stops, multiple venues. You pay hourly, not per kilometre. No surge, no meters.

How much does booking a driver cost?

Each driver sets their own hourly rate, typically R400–R800 per hour. You see the rate before requesting. A deposit is charged when the driver accepts; the balance settles automatically after your trip.

Are Zula drivers verified?

Yes. Every driver on Zula is PRDP verified, holds a valid driving licence, and operates under liability insurance. All drivers are admin-approved before their first booking.

What is Zula's cancellation policy?

7 or more days before the booking: full refund. 3 to 7 days: 50% refund. Less than 72 hours: no refund. The policy is shown before you confirm.

How do I join Zula as a driver?

Register at gozula.com/drivers. Complete the 5-step onboarding (profile, business details, vehicle, availability, payment). Founding drivers get the founding rate locked for 6 months and a Founding Driver badge.
